Founded in 2001 by Katie Martin, one of the DC area's most renowned
wedding planners and floral designers...
The DCCWC Annual Charity Wedding
The
members of the Washington DC Couture Wedding Consortium sponsor a
wedding each year for a deserving couple on September 11th. .The couple
will receive a wedding with an estimated value of $40,000! Please
click on the link below for an application to be next year’s
recipient.
Either the bride or the groom must be employed
by a non-profit organization that does community outreach in the Washington
DC Metropolitan Area or be a regular volunteer for the organization.
The couple must not be able to afford a wedding of $40,000 on their
own accord. The selection process will begin November with the announcement
of next year’s happy couple by the beginning of December. If
